Missing a Reward?

Offer tracking can take up to 24 hours. If your coins still have not arrived after 24 hours, contact support with all four of the following:

• Your Mosto Cash username
• The exact offer name and provider (offerwall)
• Your user ID shown in your profile
• A screenshot proving completion

Reports without screenshots or submitted before 24 hours have passed cannot be investigated.
