Terms and Conditions

1. Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials private. One person may operate only one account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country, to earn and cash out. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the correctness of wallet addresses and payment details you submit.

2. Earning Coins

You earn coins by completing offers, surveys, games, missions and referrals according to each task's stated requirements. The site rate is 1,000 coins = $1.00 unless stated otherwise. Rewards are credited after the provider confirms your completion, which can take minutes or up to 24 hours. Providers may reverse credited rewards for invalid or non-compliant completions, and reversed amounts will be deducted from your balance.

3. Cashing Out

Cashouts are available once you reach the minimum for your chosen method, as shown on the Cashout page. All requests are reviewed before payment. Requests with incorrect, incomplete or someone else's wallet details may be rejected or lost. Paid amounts, fees and timing depend on the payment method and network conditions at the time of processing.

4. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

• Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using VPNs, proxies, emulators or other tools to fake your country or device.
• Submitting fake screenshots, edited proofs or false missing-reward claims.
• Abusing bugs, automating task completion, or chargeback fraud.
• Spamming, scamming or impersonating staff in the community.

Violations lead to removal of fraudulent earnings and may result in a permanent ban with forfeiture of the remaining balance and pending cashouts. Banned profiles cannot register again.

5. Referrals

You may invite others with your personal referral link. Referral rewards apply only to genuine new users. Self-referrals and fake referrals are treated as fraud under section 4.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive with unresolved reviews. You may stop using the site at any time; unredeemed coins have no cash value outside a successful cashout.

7. Liability

Mosto Cash provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for provider tracking failures, delayed or reversed rewards, payment network issues, or losses from incorrect payment details you provided.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms, reward rates, minimums and available methods at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
